On Tuesday (June 17th) I filmed a music video for a Spanish song I recorded earlier this year, “Amor de Verdad”. The song was written by Efraim Rojas AKA YGuitarro, and I’m the singer.
The video was shot at beautiful Huntington Beach, CA. We used a drone to shoot some amazing helicopter shots, and the whole music video takes place by the ocean. It was magnificent. It’s always a joy to work with Robert John, the official photographer of Guns N Roses, who was the director of the video. We did another video last year, “Streets of LA” (in ‘videos’ on my website).
“Amor de Verdad” is about someone with a “sad heart” searching for real love. The gist of the lyrics would be that In this crazy world, there are many illusions, but you really can’t buy love, it’s not a joke, and it really can make you cry… but it’s worth it. I still want it 🙂 Real love.
Coming to YOUTUBE this summer. Can’t wait!
